Crème Brulee is favorite dessert across France. It contains custard and cream with caramel surface is slightly crispy golden brown.


 In Indonesian, "Dadar" means bread and gulung meant to roll, so no wonder the popular dessert of the Java island, Indonesia was named Dadar gulung. It's a green cake made from pandanus leaves are rolled with coconut sugar.
