Coming United States, visitors may be surprised to learn that waiters do not receive  salary from the boss at restaurants and bars . Their income depends on the customer's tip. You should tip for staff  about 15% to 20% of the value of the invoice.

One more for Netherlands: never shut the curtains, not even when you walk inside naked. Otherwise people think you have something to hide.
